Eventually. But some people are unwilling to spend anything now to save themselves and the planet in the future. Today is all that counts.

Remember that E-85 fuel was subsidized 51¢per gallon to make it competitive with gasoline last summer when it was $4. Do the math now that gasoline is $2.40 per gallon. How many more of your tax dollars will the government have to pump in to make it competitive? It’s all smoke and mirrors, and so-called ‘green energy” has it’s down falls too. Windmills – studies have shown that they kill bats and birds, which will have an ecological consequence if you significantly increase their usage. They also pose a danger in the winter in states where ice forms on the blades and then goes flying off.

No because the price that those who produce something will have to be raised to off set this junk.
Companies from other countries do not have to worry about this and can keep their cost lower than those in the U.S.A.

Not really. Everything will be more expensive because factories and shipping companies will pass the cost of carbon credits to you.

Fallacious. Government taking from industries and people to prop up others that would never make it on their own is NOT SAVING MONEY!!!!!

It’s more like TRAP AND RAID. They trap you by the rules and then raid your pocket book.
The consumer is the one who pays, not the companies.
