Ifa are yellow (in the color) are not natural!!!!! a natural color of tostadas are brown (if they are made from corn) if is fried are not so healthy, look for a new ones that are made in a oven and aren’t fried.

Look at the nutrient info on the back/side of the bag! It’s Probably cooked in corn oil, which is better than ,but not by much, the hydrolyzed cottonseed oil that they used to use!

Chips are generally bad–but baked is the best of the bad.

“All Natural” and “Organic” don’t necessarily mean healthy. Flip the bag over and look at the nutrition labeling. Look at the fat grams and sodium. Check for hydrogenated oils. Those aren’t healthy.
They aren’t the healthiest snack choice, but they are probably healthier than other chips. When you read the ingredients, check to see if the corn used is whole grain. Whole grains are good for you.
Even though these chips aren’t the healthiest choice, you can still have them. Just moderate you servings and how often you eat them.
    Happy Crunching :)

    Healthy a disgusting word…
What IT means to you may not be my idea.
But it has a Nutritional Facts label ,because of the food freaks.
The corn alone makes it healthy and it’s caloric value..
As far as organic,,, that has no importance in the manufacture of the chip > > pesticides may be used in their plant. Organic only is valid “AT” the farm…
    Silly nonsense organic….
    Fried ..? I think so
    what dif

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but… NONE of us will make it out alive!! Here’s some hope though.. My mom is 70 and my dad is 90 years old. Dad doesn’t even take so much as an aspirin, has the blood pressure of a twenty year old and eats MC Donald’s, icecream, fried EVERYTHING, real butter, two or three eggs every day, bacon, sausage, chips etc. My mother has high blood pressure and nerve problems because she’s forever trying to diet and eat healthy… MY POINT?? You are dealt a hand and that’s just the way it is unless you can alter your own genetics??? Good luck with that! Folks just need to enjoy life and stop worrying.. it will kill ya quicker than eating fried chips! Love and Peace everyone!
