Is The Sugar In Organic And Natural Home Made Juice Just As Bad As The Sugar In Normal Commercial Juice?

During the summer my mom goes to friends houses and large fields to pick organic and natural apples, rasberries, blueberries and pears.
She always brings home at least 2 or 3 huge garbage bag full of those fruits and berries home. She uses them to make juice for us and puts it in bottles.
And the juice is just as if not more sweet than the juice you buy at stores.
So I want to know if it’s actually healthier than the store juices. My mom says it should be a lot healthier.
I drink 1 or 2 cups a day. If the sugar in these juice are just as bad then I’ll drink less. Plus they are so much fibres and seeds in the rasberry mixes of juices. But i like them all.
Since my mom picks so much, she puts them in ziplock bags and puts them in the freezer. So throughout the whole year we get these natural juices. Then next summer my mom goes to pick more . I actually like it.
Thank you.

Natural/organic Sweeteners.. Sugar Substitutes?

I’d like to cut the refined sugar out of my diet. All of the “natural/organic” stuff that I see in the stores like agave, honey, maple syrup, stevia, etc are so expensive. Plus, I wouldn’t know how to properly substitute them. I mainly use sugar in sweet tea and cooking. My boyfriend is a sugar freak and it wouldn’t be able to make the transition as well as I would (he uses a lot of sugar in his coffee). Does anyone have any info on a good place to start without spending a fortune? Or the ratios of alternative sweeteners vs. sugar? Or the downsides of alternative sweeteners? (Not interested in using stuff like Splenda or Nutrasweet type things) Or any interesting websites? Thanks.

Is It Better To Eat Organic/all Natural Food Or Fat Free, Low Carb, No Sugar Foods?

Organic foods are best because they are in their natural (preservative free) form and much easier to digest. It is better to eat a variety of foods and limit overall calorie intake than to stay away from fats, carbs, or sugar. Some carbs are good for you, especially if they are rich in fiber. Fats should be limited as they contain the most calories per gram, but not completely avoided.
