Im really interested in trying to make renewable energy, helping with global warming, and trying to conserve energy. I really like topics like solar panels, “go green”, etc. I saw a major that was energy engineering and that was perfect, but just at one college. what other majors are like that? please help!
If We Made Our Roads The Color Green Instead Of Black, Would That Help Global Warming?

Roads replace earth that absorbs most electromagnetic waves and converts them to chemical energy. The green wavelength is reflected, so my question is wouldn’t we want to send only the wavelengths that are naturally reflected instead of all of them? Understand that blacktop road absorb all wavelength at first until they bleach; and reflect most by their whitish color. Can you think of any large natural surfaces that are entirely black? Snow is white – so how will that affect global warming when it’s gone and plants arise that absorb?
What Is The Relation Between The Green House Effect, Global Pollution And Energy Conservation?

The Green house effect is caused, by global pollution. This is mainly due to the burning of fossil fuels for energy which produce CO2, because these and other gases prevent as much heat getting out of the earths atmosphere getting in. The conservation of energy means energy is never destroyed just converted from one form to another. Energy is stored in fossil fuels which is why they are burned so I guess thats what that has to do with it.
Hope I helped
