What Are The Best Sources For Living A Toxic-free All-natural Organic Optimal Energy Die At 100+ Lifestyle?

I am trying to get rid of all toxins- pollution, nail polish, cleaning products, processed foods, you name it.
I want to eat only foods from the earth that will give me a clear sharp mind, a calm stress-free spirit, and a body slim, fit, and bouncing with the energy of an olympian.
However, this is new to me/ total beginner in terms of where do i shop, what do i read, what do i watch out for, what dont i buy, what herbs can heal where over the counter meds can not, where are over the counter meds actually necessary, etc.
E.g. I have bad shin splints but want to run minimum 3 times a week and the only way to run w/o screaming pain is taking 2 ibuprofen pills prior to working out- am i just unedcated on alternatives? websites, books, experts I can immerse myself with? the more free the info available the better

♥ Recommendations For All-natural Or Organic Moisturizer (skin Care)?

I am looking for some product that is relatively all-natural or “organic” (doesn’t have all the junk of normal products and is good for the environment also) that will be a suitable moisturizer.
I used to use the Oil of Olay Products, but i do believe they are drying out my skin. I don’t know whether this is relevant to diet, or the products but i think maybe both. Aveeno makes my skin break out; as do most products like it. *thinks* Maybe it’s just because I am getting old? ROFL. Anyways, That’s why i am asking for something different. This is Face and General Body.
PS: As is i cannot have perfumes or dyes in my skin care products as i’m allergic.
